Thanks to our friends at Puerto Rico Indie for showing Save a Sato some Puppy Love with their new iPod Application!

 

The 17 songs contained in the app include a wide array of musical acts including: the jazz fusion of Mobius Collective, singer/songwriter Mima, hardcore punk veterans Tropiezo, the 8-bit sounds of Go Organ!, and NPR's Second Stage featured artists Suturee and Fantasmes. Puerto Rico's blooming independent music scene and its disparate genres (folk, experimental rock, ambient noise and power pop, just to name a few) are well represented in the compilation. The app also includes music from Hábitat, Cougar City, Odradek, Scores, Los Niños Estelares, Vliot,Cautela, Dead Hands on a Piano, Juventud Crasa, and Drain the Ocean.These musicians shared their music for this community effort that aims to help Save a Sato. All proceeds from sales of the application during the next 6 months will go directly to Save a Sato.
